& yes it was 100% his big fat Ego which he clearly said in revenge track that he did all this bcoz of those 4 slaps & even after that 2 or 3 times he said that he did all faking love to take revenge from Madhu for those 4 slaps but he couldn't destroy MB & he fall in love with her l

If it was insecurity...the kind of man RK is...he wouldn't have let Madhu out of his sight..!
But instead..he took revenge...ego too over every feeling he had in him..!!
Now that he satisfied his ego...his insecurity came into picture...thanks to Sultan..!

So first EGO then INSECURITY...even i feel so...had sultan not come in the picture..he wouldnt want her back

RK had his revenge because of his BIG FAT EGO, his attitude, his arrogance and thinking that he is special in this world and that because he is a superstar he can do anything he likes and can get away with it. NOTHING ELSE.

INSECURITY hasn't even featured in his revenge drama! When does a man feel insecure? When he has some competition. When he sees the possibility of losing his current position or hold over things or people. He wasn't insecure before! Else he wouldn't have let Deepali go in the first place when he claimed that Deepali broke his heart! He systematically used his father's death, Deepali's betrayal, his mother's indifference to just get Madhu's complete trust and sympathy so that he could destroy her, or so he thought! When he saw Sultan entering the equation between him and Madhu he got INSECURE!! Before that he himself didn't realize what he was doing with Madhu!! After revenge, as he told Madhu time and again that it was a nok-jhok, he carried on being his normal self, even helping locate Madhu when she went missing in the jungle and also to let the world know how he is just a normal person with normal attitude towards his wife and her family. He hadn't changed even then!! All RK is at present is only because his mother never slapped him when she needed to, to allow his to turn into this bloated egoistic fool that he is!! That is all he is!!

Insecurity will come in NOW especially when Sultan starts showing him mirror at every turn in his life and make him realize what EXACTLY has he done!! He will then realize his monstrous EGO has destroyed everything in his life!!
