Everything he's done so far to rectify his little nokjhok till now screams of sheer arrogance- the forceful Holi dance, the colouring and self-assured "iss tarah kanpne ki haq", the dance in the studio, it's all about I, ME, MYSELF- "Remember how great, attractive, seductive I am? How can you not melt into my arms?"
He does not love her from any angle. He wants to loved, to be worshipped, that's all. He can't deal with his not being the centre of her world. Remember how he forced Madhu to shout that she was his fan in that picnic episode right before the unwedding? Love is supposed to set you free, not make you a prisoner.
Not only does he not feel her pain, he has neither regret nor shame.
P.S: This is not the thread for this, but since we are going to be bashed as 'Sulbala-Promoters' anyway, let's say a few things about Sultan-
1.I don't ship Sulbala. I don't want Madhu to fall for Sultan unless Sultan gets a new life free of crime.
2.For those calling out Sultan on liking a married woman, really? It's not like he proposed to her, and even if he did- Madhu told him her and RK's relationship was over, so what if he did?
3.On Sultan interfering between husband and wife- his method (pointing a gun) is definitely wrong(so is RK's knife threat), but then he is a gangster. If RK did it you would call it style or pagalpanti or whatever, but know what? If I thought any of my friends/neighbours was being forced to live with her husband, I would interfere with whatever means I had- the police, NGOs, women helplines. This girl saved his life, looked after his son, he is trying to return the favour.
