I cant tell if I need your forgiveness or if I need my own.
After tuning in to Madhubala after what seems like a different decade- behold today's episode.
I fell in love with this show because of three reasons:
1.Dhrasti's portrayal of Madhubala
2. The palatable chemistry between the leads
AND
Last but not the least
3.The amazingly innovative dialogues of Mr. Rishabh Kundra
And today all these ingredients of sugar spice and everything nice were present. But what was missing for me was the chemical X.I mean just cause of a randomly thrown accusation of how RK ruined his chances with the best thing that has ever happened to him made him scurry back and literally bludgeon Madhu back in to life?
I mean due to the slightly overt dramatic antics of the writers RK comes across as fickle childish and crazed. I used to love the immensely and larger than life aspect of his character but now the CVs are even goofing that up. Cause in today's episode it wasnt clear to me whether RK wanted Madhu to forgive him or he wanted to forgive himself? Today RK realizes that he hurt the person who loved him the most in the name of '4 slaps.' This ''Junnon'' of his isn't sane and maybe that's what used to be this couple's USB but now the CVs aren't being able to utilize to it's fullest.
I mean they have all the raw material of a complex character, utterly amazingly actors and beyond believe chemistry but they just throw in goofs like random gangster and little baby boys to boost the TRPs? Whatever happened to Madhubala's acting career? Instead of bring in new people the CVs can make do and develop the characters they have instead of making a rut out of them.
These are my two cents.
