Chapter 109
Ethan by now had removed all the toiletry from the restroom and had called the housekeeping.
"Hi I am in room number 1504. We have just checked in and there is no toiletry in the bathroom and the foyer is all wet. Can you please send some one up." He hanged up.
There was a knock in the door within ten minutes.
"Gear up Joel your skills would be needed." Ethan opend the door. There was the house keeping lady with a toiletry basket, and another one to dry the floor.
"Hey would you be able to please clean this coffee table here also" said Joel.
"Yes sure" said the lady
"I was actually just opening my can of bear and it spilled. I am sorry" He stood there close to her drinking from another can. The coffee table and the surrounding area was in a mess. Beer had spilt all over.
"Do spray this room also the corridor already stinks and with this spill we would have a stinking room for the night." Said Ethan Trying to make some conversation.
"But for heavens do not use this weird Lavender smelling thing."
"Sir we might have some rose and some musk too what would you prefer."
"Musk. I don't get it none of the corridors smell like that. Why do you use such bizzare odor for your gallery" asked Joel.
"Sir we use what we are provided. It is not our choice."
"why don't you ask the management to give you something better. You should have a better choice." Said Joel smirking lightly.
"Sir you can request the management anything. They will hear you better." She said rather frustrated and all set to go. If you need anything else sir do call us again."
Joel looked serious and so did Ethan. There was nothing that they could find yet except that there was this distinct smell. There were not even certain if this smell had any thing to do with their search.
"It is frustrating" said Ethan. I wish we could just get an order to go through their gallery CCTV cameras.
"We don't have time we need to do something." Said Joel fixing his army knife into the TV socket and there it went shot. TV screen was black. THe called house keeping again
"hi it is 1504 the tv is not working can you send some one."
The door again buzzed and this time they had a man.
"HI your TV is not working" he said
"no. I guess there was a shot circuit in the socket and some thing has gone wrong."
"He saw the socket which appered slightly black showing signals of shot circuit."
"Actually it appears that there was a shot circuit I think you must change the room. It may take some time."
"It is Ok Take your time. They don't have aroom on this floor this was the only one."
"Yeah there was an intensive cleaning of this floor today so all rooms were not ready yet." The guy kept doing his work pulling out the switch board and all.
"Your routine cleaning thing." Said Ethan casually
"Nah we don't do routines on weekends."
"Ok" Ethan started playing on his phone appearing disinterested. Their was silence or some time. The guy again spoke.
"There is a lady in the room next to you and she has two children. They are mostly sleeping. Whenever we change the sheets of her room then this weird smell fills the corridors." He blurted out casually.
"ohh" said Ethan appearing to be still engrossed in the game but he was more than attentive.
"Kids with all that peeing and pooing can make the sheet stink like hell" and joel laughed.
"No the lady appears to be just the nanny and the room is visited by another people time to time. She does not know how to care for the children. I have twins and they never smell." He said still busy with the switch panel.
"How long is it going to take. I want to sleep."
"The TV cant be done so we will need to replace it. I have disconnected the TV wiring. If you need to watch the TV now. You need to change the room other wise we will change the TV in the morning.
"That is OK we don't need the tV now anyways. Thanks" Joel said Yawning and giving him a tip
"Thankyou he said with a big grin" As soon as he was gone Joel messaged Smith his Room Number and asked him to come up with all others. Smith told him that balraj and kuku were not in the casino they had left about an hr back. They all joined him one at a time. After a while of discussion they decided on a plan that Reuben will try to go knock on the door of the room next and when some one opens he would try to behave as if this was their room and he is drunk and he would enter in. Try to see if they are the same kids. If by chance the woman is alone then he would behave as a husband and if she has company then they will think of something else. Reuben left, they all could hear him knocking. And then they heard the door open "Hey babes did the kids sleep?" He asked.
Reuben as soon as he saw the woman knew they were right on. The woman was the nanny of the senators Daughter and they had her picture. She too had been missing.
"Yes Sir" and she meakly gave way. The corridors were not so well lit and possibly because of darkness and over drowsiness she did not recognize Reuben but once inside the room and as Reuben lit the lights. She immediately understood that he was not in the right room. But She was too scared to speak. Reuben very slyly flashed the police badge so as only she could see it. She pointed towards many cameras in the room.
"Oh I am so sorry I am in the wrong room" and he immediately moved out. He literally sprinted to his room.
"It is the senetors daughter. I cannot believe it I mean we found her." Reuben said in an ecstatic tone.
Smith immediately asked them to come to the room booked for their use. They only left Joel there so that he could keep an eye on the other room.
Smith immediately messaged the sheriff that they were able to locate the children and asked for their orders,
"are they alive" asked the sheriff
"could not find out but they have been put out by using chloroform."
"ok wait for my orders.

Chapter 110
Smith turned to Madhu "clever thinking Madhu"
"Thankyou." Said Madhu
The radio again buzzed and Smith answered it. 2 minutes later he turned to Madhu. "You need to report back to the head office. We will keep guard here."
"Ethan you go back to 1504 and open up your laptop and install your cameras. Rueben and I will stay back for support. Madhu Aron will drop you." Madhu Noded and left. They drove in silence and Madhu took that opportunity to message RK the details. Aron saw her texting and got concerned what if she texts Dipali.
"Madhu don't message dipali yet"
"I am not I am just writing a small note for my self." Once in the parking lot Madhu was about to get down when Aron said
"wait. Thankyou I mean I really hope you get a closure for all that you have been through."
Madhu was moved by his genuine concern and his warmth. She nodded with a genuine smile and whispered.
"Thanks"
She reported back to the Sheriff. The sheriff immediately acknowledged her good work and said
"You have been allowed to go ahead to the team at the place where Abakumov is staying. That is if you so choose or you are free to leave from here as well."
"What do you suggest?"
"Madhu I doubt you can get Balraj to abandon his right for trial for extradition. US Govt will never accept it. But if you go to the field you do have a right to shoot him in self defence or to defend lives of people around. Senetor Pawlyshyn and his father the attorney for the state have been informed of your role in the search of his Daughter. They will try for extradition but it is nearly impossible." Madhu understood what he meant. She was too tired to think coherently. She said "give me five minutes"
The sheriff noded and left the room leaving her all by herself. She had already messaged RK about the kids and asked the three assistant or so to say to go and stay in the room next to the kids.
She was not looking for Balraj to kill him. It had been a cherished dream for her to see Balraj stand trial for all that he had done. To see all his deeds recounted before him one by one. To be punished for all of them 1 at a time. To be condemned by the people he once ruled with an iron fist. She wanted him to see them free of his fear. He wanted him to see himself falling down and being trampled to dust. Her dream was simply slipping from her clasp. She closed her eyes for the first time she fealt like she needed to let go. She needed to call it a day and move on. It was suffocating her. The Door opened again and the Sheriff came in with the Senator Pawlyshyn this time.
Madhu looked up at them and stood up as crisply as she could. The senator was not an old man, might be in his early forties or so.
"Officer I wanted to thank you personally for hrlping us find my daughter." He said
"It is my job sir more over there is another child in question too."said Madhu
"I don't understand it officer that child is the son of that women who is helping in this deal."Said the Sherriff
"she has been forced into it. The child was kidnapped by her father inlaw quite sometime before your daughter Mary was." She again said.
"It appears you have a personal bond to that kid." Said the Sheriff
"not personal as in blood but personal as in acquaintance and then I had similar experiences like him in my childhood. Possibly that is why I want to help him." She could not help being honest. She did not see any reason to play hide and seek any more.

Chapter 111
"What have you decided?" asked the sherrif
She too a deep breath and said. "I will go back to the hotel where the children are and try to free them"
Senetor looked at her intently trying to read her expressions but all he could gather was possible traces of despair. He was a man known for his sensitivity a rare trait in his breed. "Let me know if I can do any thing for you at any point of time in life. I will never forget what you have done for me." He said from the bottom of his heart.
Madhu's expression was still blank. She said in a cold voice" Can I ask you something."
He noded and she again said "why did you bring me here. What was my role in this operation?"
The Sherif and the Senetor both looked uncomfortable. The sheriff was about to say something when the senator said
"I should not be telling you this but I feel you have a right to know. Your father was assisting us in this mission. When we had apprehended him quite sometime back he was actually going through with this deal. He made a plea bargain with us. He was aware that Indian Govt was mounting pressure on us for his extradition through diplomatic channels. He wanted dropping of sedition charges and death sentence as well as dropping of extradition trial. He was ready to stand trial here but not in India. We had no other link to Abakumov. We needed to apprehend him desparately. Your father being the only way we went through the plea bargain. We had informed our Indian counterparts our inability to go through with extradition trial. Just then we came to know that Bhatias were also aiding in this entire scheme. Bhaitia needed his passport regranted from the indian government before we could grant them the visa. For this purpose we again contacted the Indian counterparts and negotiated on the passport issue. The indian govt agreed only if the bhatias would not be granted asylum here and we would except to an extradition trial of Balraj here. The government had accepted to deny bhatia's any asylum but could not accept for the extradition trial. Some how there was a miscarriage of information within our government. The indian govt started preparing for the extradition trial. We came to know about it when we got a request for you visa. When we cross checked our records we saw this discrepancy and informed your government. There was a standoff between both of the governaments. Fast action was required for if any of the governaments missed this opportunity both would be at loss. So we finally came to a compromise according to which an Indian officer would be given an opportunity to join this mission. Why your govt failed to inform you about this is something that you need to find out in your own world. Things would not have become this messy had he not kidnapped my Daughter Mary.
"what a mess" Madu smiled dejected and defeated
"How did you believe that a man like him would stick to his words or agreement? How foolish was that?
"Not foolish desparate" said the sheriff
His radio buzzed and he had to leave.
"Does the plea bargain still hold any value"she asked the senator
"No not any more since he kidnapped my child." Said the senator
"so he can be extradited right"
He replied in affirmative. "just that we cannot evade the trial as you had demanded.The human rights people will chomp on our raw bones if that happens"
"I so wish to drop these human rights people on the mercy of these bas***ds for a few days and see how far they are able to uphold their values." she said.
"well that is how it works for now. I must leave now." Said the senator "you are still going to the hotel?"
"yes" replied Madhu
He looked at her with a plea in his eyes not so difficult to read. Sometimes silence is worth a million words or more. Madhu stared down at the floor trying not to look in his eyes. She knew as of now she was neither certain about herself nor about how things will turn out at the hotel. She waited for him to leave and walked out of the room and went to the hotel. The Sheriff had made arrangements of secret evacuation of that hotel tower in which the kids were kept and also the one where Balraj and gang stayed. Madhu left for the hotel feeling lost. On her way she called Rishabh and told him the whole thing.
"Biwi when it comes to terror mongering I believe that any country would have acted as did USA. Life of many is always placed above life of one, let alone the dreams or aspirations of anyone." He did not know what else to say, and Madhu mumbled a feeble bye and hanged up the phone.

Chapter 112
RK sort of knew what she was going through. He admired the courage with which she fought every despair that hit her. Any woman in her shoes wood have just crumbled and accepted defeat. He was concerned for her but for now he had to sit back and let things take its turn hoping for the best. The only thing that right now gavehim a lot of respite was that Madhu had decided not to go persue this pig of a man called Balraj chowdhary. Not that he did not feel her dismay but that he felt more for her safety. The hotel would atleast be far safer than that open ambush that he thought could take place out there. He took a deep breath and drove back towards Ceaser's palace. He was certain even though Madhu was now out of the open threat and that too willingly yet she was a threat to herself at any point of time. That woman could create devastating situation even in a paradise then it was ceasers palace we were talking about which right now was secretly evacuated. Though it was not any war front yet it was no less.
How he wished it was India and he could throw around his weight and still get a secret pass to one of the rooms next to Madhu. Unfortunately for now he had to make shit with the exit stair case of the same floor as Madhu for it lay abandoned as the hotel tower was already discreetly evacuated. For once it passed his mind what if he were to create a hoax of a bomb or something but then he stilled his very Indian thoughts and stayed put where he was with ears trained towards the corridors. He messaged he was there if she neede but he wont interrupt though he would not leave either. If she did not want her cover blown up she had to accept his presence. To which Madhu replied
"RK there no hiding place on the staircase moreover the entire building will be manned and wired in a few minutes. You need to leave asap. You staying here could lead to huge misunderstanding and humongus issues. Please understand."
"shit" Rk said to himself and he knew what she said was absolutely right he had to leave but he wanted to stay close.
"RK I have you on my speed dial you go to the restroom in the reception area of the main bulding it is the next building. I will give you a misse call if I need you here at any time. Trust me."
RK messaged " Keep my trust safe Madhu do not forget to give me amissed call. I am going to the reception area."

Chapter 113
Madhu and the entire team waited for some news either from Abakumovs side or from the head office. The next room with the children now had two other men in there.
"They are not even blinking an eye" Reuben said watching th video from the room. They police by now was able to wire up the entire floor and they were getting visuals from the children's room. They were getting messages of what was going on on the other end. They were waiting for the arrest of Abukomov before going ahead and raiding the kids room.
"Only once did Mary stir in her sleep or unconsciousness. The boy has not moved even once." Said Ethan and immediately hissed as he saw Madhu's fading color.
"All will be fine Madhu" Aron tried to sound hopeful but it was unconvincing.
"If we get the men out of the room for a few minutes it would be all we need" said joel
Madhu messaged to RK that it seemd Dipali's son was not well for he did not move atall. She also told him she needed those two men out o the room to save the kids otherwise we would blow up the cover as Abakumov had still not reaced the site of contract. If they were not able to do anything soon then they would have to wait a couple of more hours till they grab Abakumov.
RK replied her message "send in a snake or something I am sure they would out of the room in a minute...Just kidding bahadur"
"Yeah right it is a good time to kid around" Madhu replied with smile on her face. Asmile which was actually noted bu all other in the room. Joel casted an eye on Reuben and then slyly went behind her to study what she was reading that had cut her off this absolutely stressful present.
"well since you have such genuine maternal instincts in you I thought you could easily manage one kid atleast, but you are already cribbing." Replied RK
"you are foxed or what husband."
Joel smiled as well, Madhu had not noticed but he was standing right behind her and reading her messages. He gestured to his friends that she was talking to her husband. Ethan rose from his seat and snatched her phone away. You are not supposed to message anything to any one or talk to any one what if your phone is wired or something.
Madhu was quite upset and angry to say in the least "I am not an idiot. This is a new phone with a new sim and not in my name." she said with her teeth clenched together and eyes full of anger. Reuben noticed that she was miffed. Actually he too felt for her but what Ethan did was also right, yet he took the phone from Ethan and gave it back to her
"Don't use it. Not safe." He said.
"I actually have a plan" Joel said
"we cannot work on any plan right now we have to wait and watch." Said Ethan.
I would like to hear his plan" said smith in a final tone. He being the senior most was able to put his foot down.
The plan he had made Madhu eyes as big as foot ball. "we are not playing a game here" do you understand she asked Joel
