hahhahah he is not dying soon! Like other people have said, pretty sure this "promise" will bind Sultan-Madhu-Aryan-and RK together. Like they will be interconnected with whatever emotions they may have for each other, love, hate, care, sympathy.

First of all who said Sultan is dying . Secondly no one can guarantee how long the role of an Actor can be . You are telling from writers POV Sultan will last for one year . But to be honest This show itself has not completed one year & many people have already started routing for 2nd Hero . So CV is smart . If they can make anyone Hero to Zero in 20 min . Then they can make Zero to Hero also in 20 min .

Also about anyone lasting for one year , see AR's last serial itself went off air in 5 months . So no one can guarantee about anything not even the writers .
