I think its Rk's dream as seen in promo Madhu is dancing on some other song so Rk might reach there and then imagine himself dancing with her..!

I believe that it's real! It's completely real and you can see RKs Junoon wala love!! You can see Madhus war within herself.

It is real bcoz madhu's expressions were telling us that it is real and her forhead was coloured which i am sure rk have done that
