can someone explain how te TRP machine works?
i have seen advoses that asks you to turn on the TV 5 mts before the show starts and to keep the channel on without surfing at least 5 mts after the show starts... so if the TRP is considered then, wudn't the precp be the motivating fact that makes one put on the TV?
