RK says ek din tum apne aap ko maf nahi kar pavoge ki tum ne mujhe bataya nahi...Now I am concerned.
I interpret that RK will be in danger over MB's stubborness even though she is doing it to protect him? Any other interpretation is welcome...to put my mind at ease.

I think he said - mujhse iss tarah se baat karne ke liye tum apne aap ko maaf nahi kar paaogi.

He didn't say anything about hiding or not telling him.
