how can MB forget the humiliation

I was just wondering how can MB forget the humiliation? I mean he promises her marraige and then insults her in front of everyone - then she becomes a hairdresser in his unit .. insults her further ... keeps insulting her .. and then one drunken night both of them get together and all is forgotten ?
Him suddenly landing up at the outdoor and defending her .. OMG .. this is getting wierder by the episode ... much as I would love to see romance somehow I can enjoy it cause I keep thinking of all the unforgivable bad things he has done to her... is it that simple ?

kal ka episode dekhe aur madhu ka easily mouldable heart dekhe main aise hogayi kal se.

very disappointed with the way CVs seem to change Madhu's character in every epi...in one she's a sherni ready to give it back to RK and Co...and in the next epi she seems to have forgotten all of that cos RK plays the knight in shining armour and rescues the damsel in distress!!!seriously CVs get a grip 😡
