I think RK did it for making madhu embarrass before the whole gathering so that she may feel ashamed of herself and leave from the place where RK is. because RK is feeling defeated after this challenge which madhu has won.

may be for the sake of knowing her heart he tried his trick but at the same time in this happiness he drank too much and the after effect of talli couple ...
