What is about Madhubala that sets her apart from Dipali...to put it simply in Dipali's words "kuch to hai tum mein"...I would say is Madhu's affectionate soul and resilience and of course "the absence of malice"...To all Dipali appears like a woman who has "the best of all worlds", but it's her malicious nature that makes her envious of Madhu and she has this deep seated insecurity where Madhu is concerned...Whereas despite having lost it all, Madhu has been like a "phoenix" she is down but not out...
Found this face off between Madhu and Dipali very engrossing...both Seema and Drashti are such excellent actresses who made me forget that it was all fiction and not fact...
RK setting the dice rolling...Romancing Dipali in front of camera a perfect ploy to rub into Madhu's wounds so that she gives in by leaving this job...the entire shooting sequence and Madhu's reaction or rather her attempts or efforts to remain nonchalant so effortlessly put across by Drashti...Vivian portraying RK at his sadistic best and Seema, very convincing as the desperate wanton Dipali...
This was perhaps my favorite one, wherein Trishna perhaps for the first time in their life played an emotional anchor for her sister Madhu ...loved this reversal of roles and the questions put in by her for Madhu more as introspection than to revive her pain...both DD and AP were superb...
This one though not as top notch as it's preceding sequences, I liked Radhaji expressing her anger towards her son in typical passive aggressive manner...
Next day back at shoot, where Bittuji hopefully waiting for his "bhabhiji" to turn up and RK, though consciously wishing for Madhu to go absent, while I'll bet my last penny, in his heart of heart desperately wanting to catch a glimpse of her...
Overall another engaging and interesting episode...
To MB team, once again a job well done...
Raghuvir Shekhawat, to me your dialogues has become synonymous with this tale of Rishbala...
Pre-cap : awaiting with gleeful expectation to see the change of his expressions when Madhu turns up while he is gloating about his triumph to his mother...
My retro choice for today, though in male version, I think is perfect for Madhu's resolve in today's episode : "main zindagi ka saath nibhata chala gaya, har fikr ko dhuyen mein udata chala gaya..." my fav lines from this song are : "gam aur khushi mein fark na mahsoos ho jahan, main dil ko us makaam pe lata chala gaya..." http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sagi0o-d7XU
