I respect your opinion but all these things also indicated of RK having a heart. So if your implying that he is in denial of love and can manage to hurt his love I dont think it is possible even if you are in denial. Because if in love whether you realize it or not you care for that person inevitably. Dipali and Malik. Malik manage to injure RK badly and if it wasnt for the dumb re-attempt would mostly likely have gotten away with injuring him badly. way worse than Madhu's slaps. And how could he have done this when Madhu's blood was there to save his life?? Dipali always manages to dominate RK while sexually harassing isnt that the very thing he hates not being able to dominate every situation.

• defending Madhu all the time in front of Dipali when Madhu wasn't even there? who was he fooling than? or did he need to convince everyone around him that he was in love like right now he needs to convince everyone that is revenge?
• got mad when Madhu accused him of assulting Malik? because he didnt like her think bad of him. started kicking things and said "koi basati nahi ki hai maine" when Madhu wasnt there
  
• he revenged Madhu for four slaps but let Shamsher go for attempting to kill him (very interesting man RK)
• he never did a thing to Dipali who ditched him for another man
• visibly feeling insecure when Dipali told him Madhu does not truly love him
• visibly heartbroken when Madhu refused to elope with him
• trying to force juice down Madhu's throat when he thought she was sick
• breaking a tray in front of her when she didnt take care of herself? where did that get him? it didnt get him any brownie points in Madhu's eyes? It just showed he was overwhelmed with concern for her that he couldn't control his rage?
  
• getting MAD at bittuji for doubting Madhu's character? telling him, when Madhu wasn't around, that if he ever questions Madhu's character in front of him again it wont be very good for him!
• He said he started the revenge plan after getting shot but he was shown softening towards Madhu even before why did he do that? Who did he want to fool than? Getting attracted towards Madhu at the same party he humiliated her because she didnt just come to the party for him but his mother?
• attending her wounds after rescuing her from dieing from the studio
• saving her from falling in the fire in the studio
• starting a fire for her so she would feel comfortable
• talking to his father about how guilty he was for humiliating Madhu? Wonder how proud Rk's father must be of him now? He told Radhaji that he would never do anything that would upset his father??
  
• this is a huge discrepancy in the character he said he couldn't back stab his worst enemy when Madhu and RK where at the lakeside because he knows the pain of betrayal. Than why would he back stab Madhu the girl who did so much for him???
  
• CVs plz if you want to make a character negative keep him negative dont dance around between saint and sinner. It makes no sense there is something called consistency and coherency in a story? What was the point of the past five months if RK didn't at all evolve as a person? What is going to change that now?
• You give cheesy women's right lectures one week and show RK being guilty for his past deed and then the next week he is back to committing even more evil acts??? Where is the consistency in your show and it's message?
• if you wanted to keep RK negative you should not have fooled the audience along with Madhu because he wasn't fooling anyone when he was alone miserable without Madhu besides your viewers. You should at least give the audience some clues and there clearly were not enough given.
• it was Madhu's words that triggered the reunion of mother son at the mandir. it was because he was shown in fear of loosing her. Why was he in fear of loosing her when he never wanted her? instead of drinking, getting hurt and apologizing to his mother, he should have been shown partying that Madhu was crying!!!
• why did he feel the presence of Madhu when she went looking for him?
• why was he shown remember her essence when her duppatta flew on his head?
  
• why did he ask bittuji to take care of Madhu when ever she was ill?

and there's no reason why he would even feel guilty about the ballu thing or reacted the way he did when that whole ballu-sholay scene was happening. you can't ACT in the face of danger like that.
