Confused...

The preparations and celebrations for Shamini's marriage are in full swing, but I am still confused coz Padmini is still a married woman...married to that creepy Ballu, so I am wondering how the CV's plan to tackle that issue...
Cause as long as she is not divorced or widowed, Padmini's 2nd marriage is null and void right ????
And we and Padmini and family know very well that Ballu is still alive, so...

Or is there a certain law which says differently ????? I am confused abt this important part..., coz the way things seem, it looks like everyone has forgotten that Padmini is still a married woman, Padmini included 😆...OR is this when RK's lawyer is gonna come in play

When couples stay seperate 4m each other more than 7 year they considered legally seperated i think so bcoz i have seen this in KIRAN kIi kachari

Shamini both deserve some happiness afterall they have sacrificed so much for the sake of the kids...The Mallik family is such a huge contrast to the Bhattia family
Love the love bonding of Mallik family...and so wish to see RK's bonding with this family instead of the greedy Bhattia's

if they can marry after 7 years separate to first husband i think its good decision paddy are alone from 22 years or living without her husband she should has right to remarrry

I don't think Indian law allows marriage of one woman to two men, so if a marriage to Shammo is taking place as per the spoilers we are getting that the actress is on a diet because of the wedding to Shammo in the serial, also the most recent spoiler in the show where Shammo and Padmini agree on the marriage and Madhu is distributing mithai sweets to their neighbours at the chawl and Balraj comes and tries to kill her with a gun but misses. So if a marriage to Shammo is taking place right (from the two things above), surely they will consider Indian law and Padmini will have to divorce Balraj before she agrees to start wedding with Shammo.

RK did say that Padmini and Malik must have a legal official marriage and that can't happen if Padmini is married to someone else, that's why I thought the lawyer was to find solutions to dissolve her previous marriage but now I'm starting to think RK wanted a lawyer to acquire the land.

But now Padmini's second marriage to Shammo won't be legal. RK and Padmini both should have thought of this.

Though she's separated from Ballu legally her husband is still alive, meaning there's a possibility she can't take pheras with another man - I think it's a culture thing, anyone can check it out.
