These awards were too good.
Manish Paul is worth every penny they pay him. His making me laugh so much. Each person that come's on stage he does something that is totally hilarious. Drashti's hosting also really well they are a good act them two. My favourite part of DD hosting was when Salman first performance and DD came performing Dil Deewana from Meine Pyar Kiya. Hopefully next award show DD can also have a chance to perform with Salman Khan on that song.
Best of DVD was when RK was asked by Manish Paul to declare his love to Madhubala and VD did that in RK's flamboyant style. They did that perfectly with the MEIEJ background music. They other performance on stage had some positives too, VD had a lovely romantic expression especially noticeable at the end right? all the lifts were awesome, a lot of the segments we watched the mistakes were numerous (it was edited out so we didn't see all the mistakes thankfully)..but noticed a few still made it past editing. The cause of this could be because it was a demanding choreography and also DD was hosting plus performing with Anil Kapoor so many routines DD had to practise for. Same for VD he was practising for performances with the group opening the show, DD, Salman and Shiv plus they regular commitment's on MEIEJ also learning dialogues etc so we should let them off a little still some good things were there in the stage performance, perhaps next time to tell the choreographer to make less demanding choreography, like Salman's choreography very few steps easy to remember less chance to make mistakes.
Also I had a naughty thought that perhaps if Colors gave MEIEJ more awards in more categories perhaps DVD would work harder to perform better and give a flawless performance also. 😆😛😳.
Of the other acts I loved Rashmi Desai performance on China set and the next song also was amazing even DD appreciated her to say Wow. Maleika Arora Khan and Remo Desouza's act was fantastic, its the first time I've seen that pause and sound of wind by the act during the performance where the audience was amazed with that particular style. They performance had to be the best as both are dancers and judges also. I haven't seen Maleika's judging style but Remo criticises to a fault so if he had any errors in his performance also he would never hear the end of it because he gives others on Jhalak such a hard time...but it's his job as judge to do that...the problem I have is when he penalises for an error in scoring the other two judges also follow his lead and triple penalisation...so don't like that about that show. Anyway back to the performance it was flawless but I was hoping for some and I will be waiting to criticise him when he makes some because his so hard on Jhalak...😳😛😆
I can't think of a better New Year's eve watching the Golden Petal Awards I'm having such a good time beats going to a party any day with people drinking alcohol...weird smells, conjestion etc
