This thought came to my mind.
We don't know where RK planned to go with Madhu leaving the stardom, his career, wealth and everything he has. And they have not shared this secret with anyone. Not even Bittuji, RK's right hand man, the only support and the trusted person till Madhu comes.
What would be Bittuji's reaction on RK's decision to leave his stardom?
Do U think he would be the faithful person he is now after knowing this? So far he is supporting his chief in everything he do, whether it is to hurt someone, to destroy someone's life or to make someone's life and career.
Maybe RK would secure Bittuji's future too before leaving, or maybe not.
For now Bittuji is nothing without RK. Whatever power, respect he has is because he is THE MAN for RK, the Superstar. Bittuji is very impressed with the change Madhu brought in RK and he too respect Madhu.
But with this revelation would he support Madhu? He might lose a job and become no one in an instant. So because of this will his mind might change about Madhu? Will he think Madhu is a bad influence on RK?
When Bittuji's entry news came it was mentioned he would be playing a negative character. Though his character too change to a positive one with the change of RK's character, maybe this time his character too will have a big change.
I feel he might go against Rishbala. And to keep his job and the power he has, might try to do everything to stop RK from leaving.
Bittuji is one of the most loving character we have in the show. So I hope he doesn't side with the enemies of Rishbala to stop RK.
