she'll probably think RK was always in love with trishna. Madhu came inbetween and forced him to marry her. now RK is trying to help trishna for his love sake. she is so delusional that she might think like that.

Externally she won't show any reaction and will only stare, she won't gush at him but internally, she will be saying I love you RK, you were supposed to be with me and not Glycerine. 😆😳
