I loved the beginning of the episode. The sui dhaaga nok jhok. Radhaji crying was like awww, look at her, the mom is super happy just bec her son drank her tea.

The chawl wala part went kaput for me. Individually the dialogues were awesome but i just cant imagine rk opening up to inlaws.

Its just that the rk in my head is not so chatty about emotions and feelings. I really cannot imagine rk telling sasuma/sasurji about being in love. I alwats figured that when rk realised that he was in love, it would probably be the most well guarded secret of his heart. Right now he is practically a parrot.

Did not radhaji tell mb in the beginning that rishu has problem vocalising his feelings? I can understand him opening upto madhu but not to her entire extended family.

In the past 2 episodes he has talked abt reeti riwaaz, pavitra prem, saat phere, declared love to random ppl, apologised for everything, playing marriage counsellor to inlaws, financing an entire film for that brat. Phew! Its like they are taking everything that made him rk, destroying it, and rebuilding a new lover boy. Today he could not even complete his fav dialogue - janam dene waali aaurat. He practically choked on it.

I liked todays episode. It made me smile throughout. But it does not feel like rk

Yeah, transformation is just tooo fast. 19 years of hurt cannot go away so soon and can not transform a person so drastically so fast. However sweet and devoted the wife is but still it can't transform anyone so drastically. Its quite surprising... why are they suddenly rushing the story so fast. Could not really feel it when he drank his mom made tea, this was such a sudden and quick change.
Get the feeling as if the producer has changed the story completely from what initially they had planned.

Exactly, he has over two decades of bitterness. Whats the rush? Another thing i feel is that they have the entire romance around big big events - madhu saving his life, he saving her dad etc etc. They need to focus on small stuff, everyday compatibility, sweet gestures of normal caring

I think you are right. They seem to have changed the entire focus of the serial. Its more of a family drama with a heroone that can do nothing wrong but is tragically misunderstood. This gets the trps afterall :-)
