Hmm... just look at RK here. Its so difficult for him to even acknowledge his feelings for MB, forget saying it to her. He is angry and upset that he loves her but at least , he is honest with his heart now.

He is angry that he has allowed a 4th person into his heart. His insecurities or baggage...

The makers of the program release a promo video with all the takes they took to give this confession from them both, to show off that the end product is always thoroughly quality checked by the actors and the directors etc. 😉😳😊

Yes, there are takes and re takes often for intense and heavy scenes. RK is gonna go madder than even before. Poor MB and perhaps, poor RK too.
