Yeah, maybe she believes it's all her fault.

I really hope she mentions it or something, or tries to say sorry for it and then RK says something like "it wasn't your fault" to make her feel better!

I've just read RamonaG's extended new promo version, she said that the youtube version does not include flashbacks like standing outside the hospital door and Rishbala dance, so i'm guessing she is still feeling guilty for RK getting shot, that perhaps it's her fault. Despite Padmini telling her she has given him back his faith and all have seen god's miracle also, surely to reinforce his faith that god showed them a miracle is enough, but Madhu still has the guilt which is burdening her.
