Why he brought up madhu in the conversation with his god, is possibly because she is part of his life now right, so he just was covering all bases when he was making his case to Ganpati babba. All he was doing is telling him off right for not stepping in when he is in crisis and working a miracle for him, so he mentioned Madhu's trust in him saying it's misplaced trust that he Ganpati stays silent and does not react.

he needs her more than anyone else as radhaji said to padmini madhu may not need rk but rk needs her she is the only one he trust, when ever they have conversation deep hearted ones it comes to him naturally.
