Qabool Hai to be launched on Zee TV from October 22nd

Show set in a Muslim family to go on air on Zee TV soon.

India is a secular country. It is high time that we adequately represent religious minorities in our serials too. The good news is that Zee TV's forthcoming family drama Qabool Hai is set in a Muslim family. If sources are to be believed the tentative slot of this show is 8:30pm. The promos will be on air soon.

Nehalaxmi Iyer who played Krishnaben's daughter Divya in Sony TV's Krishnaben Khakhrawal is playing the teenage daughter of this Muslim family. Karan Singh Grover will be playing her elder brother. Shalini Kapoor Sagar is playing the mother. Rishab Sinha from Spiltsvilla 5 and Surbhi Jyoti- a popular name in Punjabi movies will play lead characters, say sources.

Let's hope that this show may go on to foster Hindu- Muslim unity. It would be nice to watch TV shows based in Christian, Zoroastrian, Sikh, Jain, Buddhist (and other religious minorities) families in near future.

If the story is gud...people will watch MB ...otherwise thy wont...Its all abt hooking the audience 2 the tv sets...More thn actors...its the story which is important...So relax...N enjoy the show...

The TM has posted the same in HD forum too saying HD may go off air, when there is no news of that show going off air. So here in this forum is this a real concern or something else.????/?/

For me I want to watch KSG show. But sad it is clashing with MB. So won't be able to watch his show.

About TRP, if there is competition shows will be better and we will always get good episodes and CV's will always be on alert.

only strong story line can save any show...not just actors...

so if MB gives unpredictable n interesting n completely different story it will always b on top...or else only we loyal fans will watch the show n rest will fly out ..

so relax...more competition means more interesting story line
