These two are walking together in his life. If Madhu showers love on him attraction takes priority else if Madhu showers damkiees ego takes priority. So Madhu's behavior towards him is crucial. Let not forget the guy has a king size EGO. He cant stand ridicule. RK's ego took a real battering when Madhu slapped him in front of the crew. He knew he will never be able to live this down, people wud just never stop talking about the slap he got.

The only way he cud end ridicule was humilating the very same girl in front of them.

It was his way of showing the world "dont mess with me'.

The marriage was entirely an ego trip.

He did not do it bcos of his attraction rather bcos she hurt his ego so badly and wanted to do the same to hers.

Way back then it was EGO greater than ATTRACTION situation

But now, things are changing slowly but surely his EGO wil take a back seat and it will be
