And This is the first post I am making in the forum...
And inspite of trying to resist ...A lot of resistance, on my part😳...of not joining and making posts...I finally succumbed...and although it was Madhu's strong character, which attracted me to the Serial, it is RK's layered characterization, which is responsible for me to jump in to torture you😳😆
So here it is...
Rishabh Kundra...
The reason for the title of the post: if somebody in here is knowing Indian Classical...
There is a Raaga called Madhukaunsa😳...well ignore the Kaunsa😉...and we get Raaga Madhu..and the said Raaga doesnot have Rishabha ...It is supposed to be a Raaga without the Swara 'Re' aka Rishabha,,..who is, at the moment, trying his best to push himself in the tight boundaries of Raaga...the Raaga which had banished him outside its realms..he is hell bent to punish it for that and change the fundamental of the Raaga...and making it so Rishabhi that it wont have any existence outside it...
Ah well that was the reason I thought this should be the title of this Character Analysis...Sorry If I have bored you...now to the Episode...How I saw Rishabh and his reactions as??

CA: Character Analysis...Rishabh Kundra
Madhu and his mother...Madhu and her sympathy...The way he throws her food, insulting his mother's food ... A reaction, thinking that Madhu would sympathise with him too...Thinking that 'poor brat who had been left alone by his mother and all' ...When she was so proud as to take that punishment of his for her parents, head high, he would not definitely like her to look down upon him...He is bringing her to his level...
The only woman who had dared to frown upon him, instead of fawning all over him...He has to conquer her...but it is actually ironical, that when he almost sees his win, he is ruffled...how can he win so easily, that is not something he expects out of Madhubaala, the girl who stormed into his life and turned it upside down...
Ofcourse he wont like to admit it, he would like to stick to those four days of jail, those slaps which renewed their bond...but it is not so, is it...it runs a lot deeper...
And this is what bothers him, the way she runs deep inside him, like a fire in his veins and yet she is so calm,,,doesnot even look like she is creating a havoc inside him...
And it is this calmness which actually boils him...When he calls her back for the Pedicure...and the way she is contemplating it ...he enjoys it..but the moment she resigns herself to it...he is not happy, he doesnot let her stoop and touch his feet...it would have been like losing his only equal in the world...he cannot afford it na??? So he shakes...or rather tries to shake her from her calm world...but ofcourse is unsuccessful...
It is when she is talking to an male assistant that he actually voices his fear, albeit in a careless way, to Bittu...and Bittu..however dunce he seems, is clever na...Unknowingly he gives a handle to RK... That Madhu is ADJUSTING with him...she will soon be used to all this...and THIS is what Rishabh would not afford...he will never have a docile, adjusting Madhubaala at his side...he has to have that fighting Madhubaala, the lioness who rose to his challenge and refused to kowtow against the lion!!!
Whatever a lion might do...he cannot have a doe as his partner...he needs her lioness to roar and look straight into his eyes, which Madhu is not doing...she is succumbing,...getting comfortable...again on the high manor..the cold ice manor of hers...and he looks as if he is looking at her from somewhere in a dungeon...and so again he rises..to pull her down to his level!!!
How can he let her SETTLE down when she created such an uproar within himself...When he had not escaped unscathed..how can he let her...
And so he insults her mother...The one woman who had fought the world to give birth to Madhu...he almost attacks her..so that the lioness in her daugher awakens...and it is when he knows that he has ruffled her enough...enough not to let her again go her cold self..the ice queen again..that he ends the insulting chapter...
It is then that he is satisfied..he got his lioness back...Wasnt it reflected in his Shayari??
Kucch lamhe pehle tum Gair se lag rahi thi
Ab achanak Apni si lag rahi ho...
He brought her down to his level...Atleast he thought so...
