Pallavi Purohit steps out of hospital to get active again

Pallavi Purohit, better known as Padmini in Madhubala- Ek Ishq Ek Junoon on Colors, was recently admitted in the Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani hospital for some stomach-related issues. But, the actress who was admitted on 27 August, got back to work soon after being discharged.
As per a reliable source, Pallavi had to undergo a minor surgery for her ailment. But since the operation was not a major one, she was discharged on 28 August and was back on sets today (29 August).
"I had to shoot for an important sequence on the show hence I couldn't have taken a leave," says the talented actress. When asked, if she is ready for work she replied, "Though my doctor strictly asked me to have some rest, but then I did not have an option."
However, the lady has no issues with shooting in spite of being in bad shape as she tells us, "Today, the production people have been very caring towards me. Since they know that I have just moved out of the hospital, they are all looking after me.
In fact, my daughter Madhu (Drashti Dhami) even gave me her dabba that was full of fruits. And the other daughter Trishna (Aarti Puri) visited me at the hospital." After a little pause she adds, "If I am treated this way after falling ill, I don't really mind falling ill over and over again."
