Actor Manish Naggdev could have landed in trouble had it not been for his on-screen character.
He narrates, "I had gone to dine with myFriends in the wee hours of the morning and was stopped by a cop at this particular check post, who asked me to show my car papers and license. But to my horror, I realised I wasn't carrying my license.
I came out of the car to explain the whole thing to the cop. But what I couldn't do, my character from Madhubala... Ek Ishq Ek Junoon did for me. The cop recognised me and requested me to pose for a snap with him. I didn't even have to show my license and papers." Well sometimes being on air does save you from a lot of Tricky situations.
