I mean, Balraj didnt even search properly for Padmini and yet he gets hold of her so easily, somehow, this seems a lil too far fetched ...jus for the melodrama sake, it kind of looks hurried up...

The people who followed Padmini to Mumbai know around which place they lost her. It was near Natraj film city.

And when they saw Roma's pic in the newspaper they recognize her where she works. That is how I guess they reach the place so easily.
