Also..on a side note..I still can't remember FIL's name, so someone plz help me! And also, the new guy, whose with Moni, whats his name? for now..
FIL= Soni's father-in-law
New guy= ..well the new guy😛
Today's episode starts on the bus with Mohni and the "new guy". The "new guy" keeps trying to talk to Mohni, and quesitons why she's going to Patiala. Mohni gets sad, and the "new guy" asks her directly why shes going and so late at night too by herself. Mohni doesn't respond, and he tells her it was his farz to ask so he did but she doesn't need to respond.
At Soni's house, Durga is worried about Moni. Buaji bad mouths Moni about leaving on Vaisakhi. She tells them it's because Mohni didn't want to give them shagun. Lovely yells at Buaji and Durga tells them both to stop fighting. FIL, Soni and Jeet come back. Everyone, except Buaji is sad. FIL tells them about Mohni's letter, and Durga wonders why Mohni would leave the house alone. Buaji tells Lovely it's a good thing Mohni asked not to be found in the letter. Lovely tells Buaji she knows it's because of her that Mohni left, and tells Buaji she should fear God, and one day this could happen to her, and she could be kicked out. Buaji tells her theres no way anyone can kick her out of the house and tells Lovely Bua she'll get her married and make sure she never comes back to this maayka of hers.
Lovely worries about what Buaji said. Mickey consoles her and tells on "Solan Sauvar" to keep a vrat (something about a vrat without water) and she'll meet the man of her dreams. Our Lovely, as usual gets very excited about this. 😆
On the bus, the "new guy" falls asleep on Mohni's shoulder and she tries to push him off. The bus stops at a rest stop and they all get off to eat. The "new guy" spots Mohni's purse and eyes it. [Uh oh, hope he isn't planning on taking it..]
At the bus stop, everyone is dancing and celebrating Vaisakhi. The "new guy" goes up to a man sitting down, and tells him he's seen him somewhere before. Turns out, the man is, Master Salim! "New guy" asks him to sing for them all and Master Salim agrees.
Master Salim sings a sad song [It's a pretty decent song guys👏] Mohni looks sad while everyone else is enjoying the song. Mahi and Shabd are shown in their bed, Shabd is sitting up looking stressed while Mahi is laying and crying. Shabd lays down with her and hugs her [Aww!! Such a sad but nice scene guys😭] Mohni remembers Shahi and Jeeni looking for her, and Mahi's tripping and Soni catching her. She is sad while remembering everyone looking for her, and "new guy" see's this. Soni is shown looking out of the window and looking sad, Jeet comes and wipes her tears and hugs her [Again such a cute and sad scene!] They look out at the stars together.
Master Salim and "new guy" promote Master Salim's new album when the song finishes. "New guy" asks for a few lines from Master Salim's new album "Teri Sajni" and Master Salim sings a little bit of his new song. Master Salim and "New Guy" hug
"New guy" brings Mohni some food because she didn't eat. "New guy" tells her she doesn't need to pay him. Mohni then realizes her purse is missing, and "New guy" gives her purse for her. He tells her she left it there, and Mohni tells him she knew he was a "chor" because she seen the people running behind him earlier callig him a "chor". Mohni gives him a speech, but he cuts her short and basically tells her those people were wrong and hes not a chor. He tells her he considers himself "Robin Hood" and that her purse was underneath the seat on the bus and that he doesn't take money from people like her he only gives. He tells her it doesn't matter where his money came from. He hands her the food and tells her to eat and leaves.
Mohni gets on the bus and sees "new guy" sleeping at the back and smiles.
The next day, they arrive in Patiala, the city is shown. The bus driver wakes up Mohni who is the last one left on the bus. Mohni gets off and looks around and says "Patialia, mere bachpan ka shehar" [Wasn't she originally from Kashmir? I think creatives forgot 😆] She thinks about how the shehar is the same but she isn't, and the episode ends on her face.
Pre-Cap: Shabd, Soni, Jeet and Mahi are all together. I couldn't clearly hear what Shabd and Soni said but Mahi talks about Mohni going to make a maayka for them but she doesn't know if she'll have a roof over her own head or not. Everyone looks sad.
Thoughts: Overall, an okay episode, we learnt more about the "new guy" whose name I have to learn 😛..but I loved the scene with the song! The Shahi scene was both sad and adorable!
