April.8/09 - Written Update

Starts from where it ended yesterday, Mahi tells Moni that she needs to worry about the "izzat" of the house now, and if she needs anything to come to her. Moni cries and remembers good times with Mahi, and Shabd walks in and sees this. Shabd goes to Mahi and questions her behavior. He asks her if she apologized to Moni but Mahi tells Shabd she felt no need to apologize because she doesn't think there was anything to apologize for. Shabd asks Mahi how she can be like this, and he doesn't understand whats gotten into her. She understands everyone else's pain, and helps everyone else around her but she can't feel her own mom's pain. He grabs her arm and she cries out in pain and by this time, Tayaji and Tayiji who heard their argument, come into the room. Tayaji yells at Shabd and sends him out and Tayiji consoles Mahi. She tells Mahi never to think bad about her mother and does the whole Mom knows better than Bhagwan natak (sorry, I can't stand how Tayiji is these days!) and tells Mahi that if she ever had to choose between Tayiji and Moni, she wants Mahi to choose Moni and that she won't mind at all (cut to the evil face her). She puts Mahi to sleep and leaves with an evil look. Mahi thinks about what Shabd says and their fight, and cries. She then thinks about what Tayiji said to Moni (Oh God, shes on Tayiji's side!!)

Soni's House:
Soni massages Durga's legs and Durga tells her she should rest. They share a very cute Saas-Bahu moment. Durga tells Soni that Moni is a devi but kismet wasn't on her side. Durga tells Soni that she should call Moni over for a few days, but Soni tells her that her mom is happy at Mahi's house. Durga tells her she understand that because of Bua Ji's attitude she's probably scared. Durga tells Soni they can't really change how Bua Ji is. Servent calls Durga and Soni about Buaji.

Lovely Bua is trying to feed Buaji who is refusing and they have a little argument. Soni and Durga come and Soni feeds Buaji (This scene is hilarious, Lovely Bua is hilarious!) Buaji asks Soni to get water. When Soni leaves Durga asks Buaji what the problem is and Buaji goes on a rant about how Lovely yelled at her and embaressed her because of Moni yesterday. Lovely and Durga try to quiet her down but of course Buaji doesn't stop yelling about the entire incident and about Moni and how she doesn't follow "the rules of society" , and Soni comes in and hears everything. (REALLY HATE BUAJI!)

Soni leaves the room and Lovely and Durga yell at Buaji. Buaji complains about how everyone feels sorry Soni and Moni and how homes get ruined when mothers come live with their daughters. (I have a feeling Tayiji and Buaji will definitley gang up on Moni and turn the sisters against Moni)

Durga and Lovely console Soni (Love love love Lovely Bua! Everything she says is right during this scene). Soni tells Durga she doesn't understand why Moni did what she did, and why she came to her beti's sasural empty handed, but she knows that Moni has some sort of problem for sure. Soni tells Durga there definitley has to be something wrong.
