Sea side appeals to Romit - Article

Romit Raj works in two dailies — Ghar Ki Lakshmi Betiyaan and Maayka — a gruelling schedule even by television standards. Apparently he finds no time to unwind, but whenever he can manage time he goes to his favourite hangout — Bandra Bandstand.

"Working in two shows hardly gives you any time to relax. I finally got an off after working for 60 consecutive days and chose to go Bandra Bandstand," says Romit.

Most professionals from the industry have similar stories to tell. It is like a competition for who can go without sleep for the longest. However, Romit is lucky because his refuge lets him unwind completely from the work stress. "During my struggling days, I used to come here for a walk. It's peaceful here and it made me forget all my woes. Unfortunately, my schedule got very hectic once I got big breaks and I stopped coming here. It feels great to walk there, gazing at the sea and sky and feeling the fresh air," says the actor.
