Well that's a hard one, I think you can BUT you must work at it. It's great when you are first married and everything is new. Years later with the kids and work (life in general), It's like anything, you have to put time and work into it to make a marriage interesting and successful.

Yes u can stay with 1 person yr full life
Only if u love trust n respect him
Have mutual understanding n support each other through difficult times, communication is very imp.in any relationship n if u both r on the same track its very easy cause u both r each others best pals n no 1 can understand u better than him know what to say n how to cheer u up also maturity is very imp.n it comes with times.
See or grandparents they lived together their whole lives around 50 yrs or more n most of them had arranged marriages love came in their lives after marriages.
I saw the love n respect they had for each other till the last day of their life.
