By wait,what did he mean?

One of my family friends gave me all the signals that he likes me.Also,he said this 'Wait for a year and a half' and went back to London to continue his studies,which is about to end in a year or so.

so i am curious,by wait did he mean he wont contact me at all in this 1 year,like through skype,Facetime,Viber:he wont contact me ?😕because its almost a month,he didnt try to contact me😕

Hye dear,
if he had given u any signals dat he likes u n even tolled to wait it somewhat means dat he want to have a relation but now he had not contacted even once.
May he will be waiting for ur reaction or rply i mean u had expressed ur feelings or not.
Situation is a bit confusive so when he is getting back u can pridict dat from his behavior.
I wish dat everything goes better.
