i honestly felt bad for abhi .... it isn't really fair to compare him to raj like that is it? .... and we've seen from the start that they're different .... raj would go against the system to make it better .... while abhi would stay within its limits while trying to make it better .... same goal - different paths ..... i agree that abhi can't be raj ..... but he shouldn't try to be anyways .... and i think the writers addressed this to show us that abhi is not raj's replacement ... he's a completely different character and its not right to compare the two

it was entirely wrong of alekh to compare raj and abhi. both r not perfect. it took raj 4 yrs and a girl like naina to stand up for naveen's truth. raj lied to naina abt her bro's death. he too had insecurities. raj is more aggressive as he hates system for what they r doing to innocent army people. abhi hates the system but tries a more subtler way of tackling it. didn't abhi make naina realise why raj killed her bro. didn't abhi enourage alekh to help neelu?
both r two diff people. each has his own views abt how to tackle a problem.
and why rely on raj only? suri, lolita, shalini r also seniors why couldn't they raise a voice against nair. why blame abhi? suriji had no right to speak like that. if he really likes alekh then he could have stopped major too. u need guts to stand up for u'r friends and face u'r seniors and that is not easy especially in an army where rules r the same for everyone and where disobedience leads to punishment be it cadet, captain or major or any other officer.
