why is kunal and arjun given so less
arjun's role is at par with vikas and priyanka.i fail to understand
and i guess rajeev gets 30,000 per day

20,000 per day....this is crazy......this is more than the Balaji salary also....

I mean after one year of KTH...i remember that an article came in which they said that Aamna gets 20,000 per day....and that too..for a serial on star which was on the top 3.......

In KTH Raj used to get paid 40,000-50,000 per day.......

I guess DJ's give him 35,000-40,000

Kanak..the figures that are quoted were in a column in the art itself..but whoever has posted this has missed it..so i posted the listing..of course they haven't mentioned rajeev ..except the fact that he gets the star payment as mentioned in the art n obv he is one..

No mention of ghazal either..i guess they all deserved a raise but vikas getting 20,000 is a tad too much..but i remem reading an art in HT where is was mentioned that vikas is the only actor who has gotten a raise of over a 100% than any other actor in the show

He got 40,000 - 50,000 per day in KTH ..??..but i read in an art that they were offering him that much if he stayed back in KTH (when he quit)

No di...actually when he first threatened to leave KTh in december 2004...there was an srticle grading Balaji actors and their pay packet....

It was something like this

Grade A: Ronit...Hiten...Rajeev,,,Smriti.....40,000-50,000

Grade B: Aamna...Cezanne...Eijaz...Shabbir....20,000-35,000

I dont remebre all the names...but this is roughly abt it.....

Actually as far as i know Dj's used to pay Mona...almost as much as Ekta paid Smirit at that time.....

But 20,000 for Vikas is tooo much....and Arjun gets 12,000??? there is no logic in this at all...infact even Priyanka gets less then him....

Raj is guess must be in the 35,000-40,000 bracket.....

Whats most surprising is that ...there was an article that Rajesh Khera asked for a raise and DJ's could not afford it so he left......what happened to the Dj's now.......

Thanx once again yaar...but u said it ..it's kinda weird considering DJ's couldn't afford to give rajesh a raise...maybe he demanded a bit too much...but i also remem reading an art at that point of time where Tony clearly mentioned that the production heads were so high that rajeev offered to take a pay cut himself...n tony was v. touched by rajeev's gesture..

Well i guess thanx to the success of LRL...the DJ's are in a position now that they can give them the pay hikes n they know that are in a no win situation..as they are aware once rajeev quits..they have to depend on this paltan to keep things going...
