Shveta’s Thodi Si… - An article

Shveta Salve, the hottest property of television, has entered in Smriti Irani's show ' Thodi Si Zameen Thoda Sa Aasman' being aired on Star Plus. She will be playing the character of an arrogant and greedy businesswoman Mallika who wants to grab a plot of land from the main protagonist Smriti Irani (Uma) and use it for making a upmarket Mall.

As Shveta explains, ' Smirti is dear friend. I have known her for a few years. When she called, saying she had a role for me, I agreed immediately. I trust her to give me a good part. It's good to work with an actor-turned producer since she has been on the other side. Smriti recently threw a party and it was nice to see that she had invited the entire unit, right from the technicians to crew members.'

Shveta is also tipped to play an important part in the Sony's upcoming second season of Jhalak Dikhla Jaa which is due for a September launch, though the show will be anchored by Mona Singh, the winner of the last season of the reality dance show.
