Expectations from Abhimanyu Rai Chahaun..

Hi friends……….. Lots of discussions have been going on about the new entry in the show , Gaurav Chopraa aka "Abhimanyu Rai chahaun…"…. Well as far as I can read this new character is the new hope in this show…. (considering that Rajeev is leaving the show next month)…. This character seems to be multi-layered and obscure……. He seems to be a support to Naina… in solving the mystery about her brother's murder….. He is a captain…. Yet very unique, unconventional and interesting…. He is quite honest about his mission to captain Rajveer….. another mystery whether he knows who killed Naveen or not….An idiosyncratic as he does not trust anyone so easily… as we have heard Rajeev saying…Another attribute to his character is that he is related to music in a military academy…. Well … He is determined, he is self-assured, he is supportive, he is courageous, he is unconquerable….….and I think stage is being set for a love story as well… so he has to be passionate as well….

Now … I dun think that every actor can do justice to a character like this…. Well here I think Gaurav Chopraa is the perfect choice for this diverse character…. He is loved by his critics when he is playing negative roles…. He is loved by all the women when he is passionate and romantic…. His indomitable talent, his enthralling persona ….. Inevitably I can see a new turn in LRL season 2…. What say Guys…😊

Great analysis Teena... Thanks dear... 😊 Gaurav cannot go wrong again as Capt Abhimanuy Rai Chauhan... he will surprise all the viewers and steadily will reveal out all the mysteries...this is what if feel... 😉

teena...each & every word of ur is right. GAURAV is definitely the perfect choice for playing such a diverse character... cuz..he is not confined to a particular type of role or looks.....he always add a versatility in the character he plays...a new thrill & new grace that nobody had ever thought abt......
his way of doing things is different & it is his best quality..... he is cool & at the same time too hot, he is calm & at the same time vigorous, he is frank & at the same time mysterious.......
i would love to watch him in this completely different role from those he played earlier.... ...whether positive or negative ...he will certainly add a new energy & new charm to the show..

I had not written in this topic so far because i thought you had said it all...i agree with what you are saying... I'm enjoying making sense of Abhimanyu... he's a complex, multi layered character.
In yesterday's episode, i saw something else which appealed to me a lot... this is during the game where Gaurav was looking super hot... i think Abhimanyu is far more boyish than Samay ever was. There's so much of the boy in him. Yes i know he's a soldier, must have seen a lot of violence and bloodshed if he was posted at Leh (so help me God!), but he's not world weary... in fact, yesterday i thought he must be younger to Samay... such a stupid thing to think vis-a-vis fictional characters but thats what i felt.
I loved Samay for his intensity... but i dont think Abhimanyu is that intense... he's more endearing.
Perhaps he seems more boyish because he does not have a romantic track yet... are we going to see Abhimanyu grow into a certain kind of intensity? Or is nothing going to make him world weary?
Also, i think he doesnt know that Rajeev is the one who has killed Naveen... is that going to be the thing that changes him, that puts the 'i've seen the world and there's nothing in it' look in his eye?
I'm sounding too fanciful this morning, aint i? 😊
