As Rajveer said Major Bhargav is doing all this to break the friendship between the cadets and also between Him & Naina.

No they don't....Rajveer-Naina cannot break up because Captain Rajveer Knows that all that happenings is because of major bhargav and even naina knows that in that sense they don't break up
