Mandira: Well I have to say, Indian Television's hottest……I know I'm sitting next to one over here (to Rohit) but one of Indian Television's hottest men I have to say….at the outset I wanna say this.
Rohit: (interrupting) Of course he is….please welcome Rajeev Khandelwal on the show.

Rajeev: (embarrassed by the endless praises) Hi Mandira and Hi Rohit!
Mandira: No no no! I need to get into this immediately, ek show tha jo mai host karti thi, aur…mujhe replace kiya gaya aur mujhe bahut bura laga……..Replace kiya gaya matlab it was a decision by certain channel, we call it SONY, to replace me and when I found out who I was gonna be replaced with, I said, well it's a no brainer, it had to be him!!! Deal, no Deal.
Rajeev: When I was told I was going to replace Mandira, I said Shit!!! (with a very cute expression) That she has been so good. You were really really very good on the show!

Rohit: Ok!!! Before this goes out of hand, let's come back to the show that you're rocking with right now! Left Right Left……..Captain Rajveer Singh……
Rajeev: Ya I'm playing Captain Rajveer Singh Shekhawat in Left Right Left and I'm very glad that I took this decision because after doing some romantics and some hard-core action in Time Bomb and all, this was like a breather for me and doing it for a channel which was not a very well-known channel I mean you know not a very popular channel in terms of commercial aspect….
Mandira: To aapne popular bana diya…
Rohit: It has become very popular after Left Right Left.
Mandira: (supporting Rohit) Bilkul…
Rajeev: I think it had a lot of…..
Rohit: (interrupting) I really think…..You're very humble but it has really put SAB on the map.
Rajeev: Because the show in totality was very nice and you know something which I keep saying to people that it's a different show, it's a different show, but for the first time I felt that at least I'm saying, I mean what I say because today when people come and tell me that Rajeev the show is really different and it's like a breather from the daily saas-bahu shows!
Mandira: What do you like most about playing this character?
Rajeev: See it's a very chilled-out character, a very….aa...a….typical Shah Rukh Khan kind of a character. A mix 'n' match of various Shah Rukh….
Rohit: …actually you know you ruined the next question from me because my next question to you was you must be feeling like Shah Rukh Khan in Mohobbatein!
Rajeev: No, not in Mohobbatein but in different films….ya….Main Hun Naa, Mohobbatein…..ya…aaa…even say….lot of mixes of Shah Rukh Khan from different films! So it's nice because I play a very gentle guy, I play a very action kind of a guy, I'm humorous, I'm intelligent, I'm caring, I'm sensitive and I'm still a very ordinary man!
Rohit: Still a strict and stern disciplinarian.
Rajeev: No that's BC; that's Brigadier Chandok, Puneet Issar, he does all that so…I play a very ordinary and a very normal human being in the show which is very nice because I can connect with people and people can connect with me. So, to play a very ordinary character is very difficult trust me!
Rohit: Ya, exactly.
Mandira: Ye bataiye ki cricket ka kya mahatv hai aapki zindagi me?
Rajeev: Cricket mere hisaab se…..besides Cinema and Television, if anything connects the Indians is I guess cricket.
Mandira: Aur aapki life me personally, do you play cricket? Aapko waqt milta hai? Ya aap sirf Television pe dekhte hain?
Rajeev: No, I don't play cricket. Mai sirf Television par dekhta hun and for me cricket means as of now ki, "Get Saurav Ganguly back"
Rohit: Oh!!!!!! Oh my god!!!! I have solid support on the show today. Mai bhi kaafi time se bol raha hun lekin pata nahi ye kab sunenge?
Rajeev: You have a reason, you're a Roy, but… (everyone laughs)….
Mandira: What's your reason??
Rajeev: I personally feel that he's a fighter you know! Saurav dada…matlab…dada to sirf bol raha hun mai…but Saurav Ganguly I think he has proven number of times himself in this cricket and a man after about 15 years of his cricketing experience if he still feels that he can give something, I think he should be given a fair chance.
Rohit: I completely, completely agree with you Rajeev!!!
Mandira: So if I ask you who your favourite cricketer is, it would be him??
Rajeev: He's a fighter ya I mean he doesn't deserve that treatment at all.
Rohit: Aajkal yaar cricketers jo hain kaafi vo actors ban rahe hain, aur actors cricketer banna chah rahe hain, what do you think, should we be threatened?
Rajeev: I wish I'm given a chance to bowl, trust me, I think I can bowl very well.
Rohit: Do you play any other sport?
Rajeev: I play Lawn-Tennis, I play squash, I play badminton, I swim a lot, I run a lot, I'm a good horse-rider as well.
Mandira: Style Icon bhi hain aap! Abhi abhi aap ek award jeete hain jahan pe mai bhi nominated thi, par ye jeet gaye!!!! I tell you we were in competition with each other, weren't we? (all three of them laugh)
Rajeev: I can't compete with you…
