I too think it's Gaurav.He knows he's good for nothing..he holds a huuuge grudge on Parteek as he's basically a bro-cum-puppet in Prateek's hands and his family members are humiliated by Prateek every day and he too is insulted by his own son Vivaan , so he hatched this plan to get some cash so he can start up his own Business separating him/his family away from Prateek's shadow.

boring outcome, trisha should be found guilty, hate the way they are trying to cover up for amritas mistakes by justifying trishas behaviour as if she was provoked by vivaan
