The episode starts with Koshan's brothers family visit Gunvanti's house and after shown sympathy and saying that they have no control over sympathy Koshan;s sister in law offers her son Chaman's hand in marriage for Gunvanti. Gunvanti's father says that it is impossible as Gunvanti has pledged herself to Kishen. Kishan's sister in law insists and father says that right now they are in no state of mind to talk. They leave after again tellin g them for Chaman's hand in mjarriage
Gunvanti's mother says that Gunvanti is still immature and this proposal seems good enough. Her father thinks about it
Chaman is working in the dye shop when Sarfaraz shows him a red dupatta and tells him to find a bride who likes bright colours. Just the Gunvanti passes from there in white and Cha,am gets upset but Sarfaraz keeps teasing him Chaman gets angry and outs his hand in the boiling dye liquid. This leads to a relegious scuffle between two communities
Lajjo and sunder go to a temple where they pray for a happy married life/ Just them they hear riots voice and take a tanga. Riots start to increase but Britishers do nothing . Sunder and Lajjo reach a deserted spot and tells the tanga driver to go. The driver blesses Lajjo and leaves
At Sunder's house Chaman's father and Kishan scold him fpr starting a scuffle and a riot. Chama/s mother supports him and say that Sunder caused him more desrespect than Chaman but Sunder;s mother says that the city is on fire because of Chaman and not Sunder
A muslim person finds Sunder and Lajjo and tries to cut Sunder's throat but Anvar comes there remind him that his father is kishan and he has done a lot for Muslims. They leave sunder alive
Narayan sees kishan in the temple without Paghri and taunts him. Kishan says Paghri came down but not the responsibility and reminds him of his vow of a united lahore
At British Consulate. British officers are happy because this is what they wanted and it happened without any involvement from their side
