Update Nov 11: Babli is devastated!

Bubbly is shocked, rather then being concerned about herself; Bubbly gets more worried about what she would do to not reveal this bitter truth to her family. Bubbly thinks about her sons, Mintoo, Biji and all the pending work. As per Bubbly's request to the doctor, to not tell anything to the family about her cancer, doctor obliges with the same. Bubbly walks out with a heavy heart. Shivangi and Abhay are married and share a light moment; Abhay hugs his official wife now. When Bubbly returns home, the kids just stick to her and are glad that their mother is ok. Shivangi reaches home, after the wedding, changing her bridal wear and coming back to normal suit. She realises that the sindoor hasn't yet been cleared from her forehead, just while she is cleaning the sindoor, her father opens the door. Source:tv.burrp.com
