@ bubbles: Dutta's character will never be written the same way. like rosa said they are almost planning it as a new show. it has no relation to the original LTL.
Anyway, for me Kala's end was the final end of LTL. No story = no show. Clearly Shabir has been chosen coz of his fame and everyone will be watching the show for the actor and not the character and hence they really won't have to develop the character much and I don't think the show will have any story to it either. Already u can read the comments on articles and on the forum that people are excited to get back Shabir. None of them talk about the story of the show. Also they are starting a love triangle. Shows on these GEC's run for a very long time without a story and LTL-2 will also run for a very long time just like BUN on Colors. They should have ended it rather than making it look like every other show on Indian television. LTL was different but now it is just like every other show on tv - with turns and twists and love triangles. But many viewers are watching it still and hence I don't blame the creatives for continuing on with the show because they also have to make a living but for me the journey of LTL has ended. 😳

@ Srushti: I checked the BALH intro post. LOL almost all of LTL-1 fans r there. 😆 We are all finding Ekta's show to be a lot more interesting. 😆 LTLians have hijacked the BALH forum.😆 it's buzzing and the countdown has also started. 😆 me can't wait. 😳

I agree everyone has different way of dealing with loss,but i say someday the show was going to end ,unfortunately that didn't happen exactly the way we wanted.But,still the 28th march episode had everything which is as much as a happy ending.😊

Besides,the beautiful memories of TASHA will always remain close to our heart😍 ,so where is the scope of void or emptiness.

after reading your post was almost in tears remembering the scenes. Miss him so very very much. MR made LTL with his acting and not PH, if any other would have played his part i dont think so it would have reached such height of success. Till today our eyes await the return of Dutta i.e. MR.

We all miss him na? I have a horrible feeling that you are on the verge of giving up on this forum... can't blame you if the thought has crossed your mind... the story that was once LTL which we all loved to death has indeed died in front of our eyes... brutally mordered and we all are still in that shock... what we went through last couple of months can never ever be understood by the insensitive brutes who broke our hearts million times over.

Today, through your post, the sadness that you feel is so very evident, almost like a raw and fresh wound which will probably never heal. I had never imagined my so brave Srushti getting so emotional. You almost breaking down is also the last starw for almost all of us. For your sake and your optimism most of came to the forum after March 28, 2011! We all salute you for that! But I know dear, things do break in the end... our beautiful dream LTL too broke and with it our hearts too broke...

We all were living in a vain hope of a MIRACLE to see MR back as Dutta but now that is not even a remote possibility but a final death knell for us. In a way I am glad that MR isn't returning to the show as he deserves much much more and better things! And one thing the Channel and the PH forgot! MR did his work beautifully, honestly, sincerely and THAT is all people will EVER remember LTL for!! Not a basti girl's story as touted by certain someone but a golden hearted don's poignant love story! AND THAT NOBODY WILL EVER BE ABLE TO TAKE AWAY FROM US!! Thank God for small mercies!

Loved your update. Almost like a summary of everything till now.
