I think overall LTL guys had lots of time to wind up Dutta's track as they have and yet not leave us dissatisfied. They knew MR was leaving for the past 3 months. Yet they chose to drag their feet. First Dutta remained in Seema's kotha for ages without doing anything spectacular while they focussed on Naku bhau track. Then after the maha episode they took two weeks for Naku to run away and reach Dutta. After that too they dragged their feet over Dutta's eyesight. They spent a week's worth of episodes showing Tasha settling down at the pradhan's house and then suddenly they moved to the basti. Again they could have gone to the basti directly. Once they moved to the basti they didnt really slacken the pace. But last two weeks starting with Chaskar's death things have been rushed. Last two episodes even more hurried.

WORD.....that's the bit that bugs me too.....they had THREE months....but they chose to waste SO much of Jan in the stupid kotha bits......even half of Feb that way.....baad mein jaake things picked up around the mandir reunion and JMM2 times....but that also quickly transitioned into the basti times....where again they stayed in a mellow pace until SUDDENLY in the last week, EVERYTHING started moving.....more happened in this week than probably the entire one year of LTL combined......lol.....the last two epis especially yes....very rushed! Despite some powerfully well executed scenes.....overall they did rush.....and I don't get why they did this in the end when they had MONTHS of notice in advance😕

Those looks were amazing, guys but you know I just realized while rewatching the epi, that they used body doubles for the close ups of the DN hugs.....no wonder I found those bits patchy in the close-ups....the wide angle shots are all MR/MV....but in the close-ups they are hugging some body doubles I think

Wohi toh! Even Fatty was saying that it makes no sense why they were using body doubles for these last few scenes.....itni bhi availability nahin thi??😕😕.....Do they shoot the close-ups at some other times than the regular scene?? Weird😕

Even I dont get that Anu...the CVs may blame MR...but how much more advance notice he could have given? I remember when the news first started coming in of his plans to quit LTL they were dragging the kotha bits and we kept wondering why were they not hurrying up. Usually in daily soaps tracks run for 3 months before moving on to the next one. Even if he would have give one year notice even then they would have dragged their feet and rushed the end. It was serious lack of planning on their end.

Srushti yaar, it's not about giving up....it's about seeing the writing on the wall.....the epi had that sense of finality to it vis a vis MR leaving as Dutta......and they closed all the loose threads....what else CAN he come back for as Dutta?? Just cliched saas-bahu crap? I don't want that.....now they can bring in whatever champu Dutta they find as his replacement and he can do all that crap.....To me, OUR Dutta said goodbye in this episode.....it was quite obvious....I can't ignore that

But Anu.. that is exactly why these introductions of new characters...because there were not too many things left in the old track...except perhaps the BH (which I think is NS) and the letter from DP...which cannot be the sole base of a strong track...they would need more characters...and am just thinking that last time also they had portrayed new duttas and new men in nakku's life as some police man...but that police man had like 10 min of role in the whole serial😆...
I guess the forum is down and may be you are right...but for me ...may be this is all publicity and IPL coverups..they put their best foot forward in the WC by the reunion and Kala and Dutta confrontation...now they need to put the full gear before the IPL starts..because WC is essentially over in like 10 days....now they will have the future strategy for the coming days..they have to....
