The BIG PICTURE for the CVs

I have not watched today's episode but have read some of the posts that have come out of it. And as this story continues and continues on, I can't help but to get slightly irritated.

Like many of you, I think back on the purity of Dutta and Naku's story, the simplicity in some ways, and really miss it. The story at one point in time was original, thought-provoking, suspenseful, and yes, romantic.

But the CVs continue to beat this dead horse. Arre, leave the damn thing alone and move on already. Since the face reveal, the CVs should have had some idea of the "big picture", where they wanted the show to go. Instead, they shrunk back and played it safe and stupid: keep going with this Dutta - Naku romance and tension, until the audience can't take it any more and says "For the love of God, please make it stop".😃

I think showing Dutta the way they have, and that Naku too, has left me incredulous, disinterested, and flabbergasted. To keep this track alive, the CVs keep coming up with these silly little twists and turns, and character tweaks, and I have to ask: "when will it all end?" Instead of focusing on Dutta working through his prejudices, they have this infidelity track.....how original! What's the next absurdity you have up your sleeves, CVs?

The times when the COLORS CVs have gotten involved, they have damaged this show. Do they not realize that they suck at this? First, that stupendously, outrageous, and non-sensical decision to delay the track for the Ganesh Chaturthi. Then, the musical chairs that they seem to be playing with directors/story direction/etc. Seriously, don't they know they are not the best driver of the LTL storyline? They're a jinx to LTL.

Let's wrap up this Naku-Dutta romance/acceptance and move onto the next story line before we get sick of both Dutta and Naku. I know the thought is hard to believe, but I think the track has reached its saturation point.

Sometimes, I want to say to the CVs "Take a bow" at what you have done with your "creativity" and "foresight"😆. I just wish there was someone in back of them to give them a nice little push on their backside. I, of course, don't mean that literally.😉

Hey Parul,
Exactly what we all have in mind. You have almost mirrored my depression in the thread I started. I wish that you had done yours earlier but the more the merrier. The CVs' should not take the audience for granted everytime. Enough is enough and if they need to call time on the show, so be it, at least we will have wonderful memories.

Thank u gp00 for this post..U said it all dear..its so irritating seeing the stupid stuff..Now a days I feel I m watching an ekta show......with an LTL touch....😆Come on yaar how long can the CV's drag Nakku's reasons for hiding her real face from the whole world n especially dutta...n with these stupid turns n twists of Kala Nakku cat fight n this new Obssesive lover track is so crapy.....😆 n the same gisa pita dialouge of nakku every day I have faith in my saab...gal get some refreshment in ur dialouges...I would have loved to see a sherni nakku n walk up to stupid obssessive lover slap him hard.....n if ever Dutta questioned her chasity she should slap him hard too so that he knows she is not like other women whom dutta has come across...Come on yaar how much more does dutta need a proof that she loves him from the bottom of his heart...😳😃

Well I feel the jungle tracks ....jagtap's involvement or even the track after that Kala being exposed to an extent infront of dutta n she leaving n nakku n dutta romance was good..but after that I feel the CV's have lost track..I felt the FR n current ongoing track is certainly not upto the mark... I feel really sad to say but LTL is loosing its charm.....😭

As much as i agree with the slow pace and some predictability the show is facing right now, I do think it is justified. This show has shown gradual progress of characters, how do you get a shift in Dutta's thinking overnight? How will he just "listen" to Naku overnight? How will he trust Baaji after all the security blunders, when he has not solved anything or even brought any clues to the fore?

To me, what the CVs are probably trying to portray, is the difference between Naku and other women in his life. He has pride and he is prejudiced. How does that get shattered? By small incidents right?
All instances after FR are pointing in that direction:
Incident 1: Bullet track, would Seema or Supriya have done that, no way
Incident 2: Slap - Would Dutta have slapped the other 2 - no, because he didnt care for them as much

Now Incident 3: The other man - So Seema and Supriya both had other men in their life, Dutta had living proof in front of his eyes. Now that Naku knows what Kala is upto, she is going to foil her plan for sure, another push for Dutta to think that all is not what it seems.

They have to show gradual change in Dutta, he is a short tempered and a scarred individual, and dont you think he has mellowed down to large degree, where he is protective of Naku and Baaji when needed? He would not have done that with Sups and Seema ever...

So, I really think we need to be patient, every show has its highs and lows...and not everyone may like it, but this is very much in character for everyone...just my POV :)

I understand your points. And yes, a sudden or abrupt change would not make sense. But I honestly don't think the CVs are doing what they are doing because they are trying to develop the characters. I say that because the twists and turns have been so laughable. And I think everyone is past the point of "is Naku different from the other women in his life?" We've been seeing that since early this year.

And the other thing I am sensitive to is they "tweaking" the character of the characters...yes, Dutta is an angry young man. But his brooding and rage have been over the top. And then you have Naku. I will refrain myself but will say that she is numbing...

I think they have to start wrapping the story up and not keep introducing these little developments. I'm tired of it.

@ Parul : nice post...
I guess this dragging thing is the essence of LTL 😆😆...Somehow I feel they don't know that this don story has a lot of potential......they I guess themselves feel that this revelation is their trump card......first face revelation got delayed now they r dragging this truth revelation........if they just make this truth revealed....it would be better n story will move forward......they can bring some thing change in the story ..but I guess they will take their time n show it slowly.......let's see its too early for me to comment as I have not watched tonight's episode.....I seriously feel malmal morey would have brought more poise n thrill in this story.. he would have been solid thing to threat dutta bhau being policeman. Malmal morey could have given it a right push n great twist. He is the reason why nakusha met dutta.....He knows nakusha's truth......I would have been impressed with kala to find out malmal morey......she got to know about him n look what she did.....she killed it with her dumb brain

I understand the frustration here and I also agree with you that Dutta's rage is getting the better of him, but I sincerely feel, that another man competing for Naku's affections will bring out the softer side in him. Until now, Naku had to stake her claim over Dutta - over Supriya, over Seema (in his mind), now what I would really like to see, is Dutta staking his claim over Naku over this other man. Maybe more men, because, everyone thus far in Naku's life, except Dutta has lusted after her. He needs to understand this, because that is the key to her past.

Dutta does need to understand. That is without a doubt. But do they have to show yet another "cliche", this time jealousy, to bring about that "understanding?" To get them together, we have had to deal with:

dutta helicopter crash

shootout at mandir

falling off the cliff in a car

being stranded in a jungle

Jagtap comes and goes (dies) having given his grand lesson in love

Naku gets kidnapped by Anna

Anna dies at his wife's hands...and instead of mourning her husband, even if he was a sociopath, she gives her "naku's love is true...🤣🤣

marriage with kali naku

dutta's gussa

"drunken" dancing Naku--just turn her on, and watch her dance around like some toy monkey.

another man/jealousy (so damn typical and stupid. If you need another guy to help you realize you love somebody, then that's not that great a love. I mean Jagtap, Anna, and others came in to help this hopeless couple and now this track?)

And, of course, let me not forget Anna's brother's entry. I wonder why he is being added?😆

And other countless situations. I'm sorry -- I can't accept or defend everything the CVs dish out and say it makes sense or there's a good reason behind it....they're taking it nice and slow to "develop" the characters and develop the delicate "trust". I mean come on. I'm just not a yeah-sayer to everything...I mean just look at the show these days. If someone thinks it's the same as it was before in quality and storytelling, then I don't even know what to say. Actually, I do, but it's best left unsaid.😆
