The more I think of it, the more it seems appealing. A basti track would be beautiful. In my mind, I've already dreamt up this track where Dutta goes out seeking Naku, and ends up hurt/unconscious(wishful thinking) at her door. Ksh.. nice post.. I don't see Nakku leaving Dutta. Many think that when/if Dutta questions her character, she will say enough is enough and walk out. I don't think that will happen as she knows now Kala is behind everything, so she will not want to leave Dutta and walk out. Giving a cold shoulder to Dutta staying in the same house is not an option that will affect Dutta much either. He is anyway trying his best to ignore her, and as long as he knows she is safe and sound in his home, though unhappy, he will be ok with it. Also from moving the story forward, if N is still in PN, this will not force D to think much. He will still keep on doing the same things as now. Whereas once she is out of his sight, it will be unbearable for him and he will never be able to tolerate it. This might get him drinking more, if that's possible LOL.. ignoring everyone, etc BUT at one point, his heart will rule his head and slowly he will start to reason. This is why I think for the story to move fwd, we will have Dutta somehow pushing out Nakku from his life. And if that happens I can very well see Baaji going out with Nakku too and that will be too mighty a blow to Dutta to lose both his arms in one go.

I don't know how the cv's might bring this about. I don't want to see D pushing out N due to doubting her character, but more due to his own insecurities that beautiful faces aren't to be trusted. For me D's love for N is unquestionably pure, so I don't want to see him doubting her. But if Kala proves she was with another man, I want to see Dutta blaming her due to his own insecurities, not because he suspects her. I don't know how this can be shown/portrayed on screen, but what I would not like to see is D suspecting N. I am ok with him falling for his own insecurities, but not sure can stomach him doubting N.

But she understood what he was going thru and what motivated him. Even now she may not understand if Dutta suspects her with Baji but with some other guy Naku would know Kala is behind it. I will come up with another lame, clich scenario! maybe babi gives her kasam that she will not go back to D and D in order to win her over will live in a kholi and as no one else in basti know she is D's hubby, he will see how hard it is for a girl like nakku to keep herself safe in a basti?! And yes, then we see jealous, possessive hubby D in action ensuring she is safe from all and trying his best to win her back..obviously gadha will not be explicit to start with, but will surely show her in ways she can see how much she means to him.. do u know what I don't even want dialogues between these two as their silent convos are the best! now wouldn't that be a treat to watch.. siiiighhh

But I don't know if cv's will actually go as far as D living in basti.. realistically I think it might be a long week or two about Dutta realising his mistakes alone in his PN, whereas Nakku will be in basti pining for him and feeling the pain of him not trusting her..Then there will be a trigger to maybe get D to basti.. I definitely want to see him there for sure.. but please cv's if u r listening, don't let anyone make Dutta realise his mistakes, let him realise on his own. And please it would be nice to watch a sober Dutta doing the thinking rather thn a sloched one.. we have seen how the bewda always shows his love to nakku, but the sober one doesn't.. I so want to see a sober Dutta yearning, pining, and being angry on anything and everyone because he is missing his nakku.. I was a sober dutta saying.. Mujhe meri nakusha chahiye :-)

Nakku won't leave on her own but CVs might create a scenario where she'd be compelled to. While don't want this track & I'd prefer if she'd stay back & shove it up Kaala everytime that roach is up to her tricks the story won't move forward.Jagtap's poignant words come to mind.Humein jo chahta hai woh jab tak humare saath rehta hai uski kadar nahi karte hum,par jab door chala jaata hai.....After all the first "attempted" separation is the reason the high & mighty Dutta went on his knees professing his love.I'd be the last person to see D undergo anymore pain but now the sight of Nakusha is churning his emotions more.Each emotion love,hate,hurt,anger,pain are fighting to come to the fore.Only when Nakusha is away he might calm himself enough to think through carefully.Also with her out of the way Kala will have accomplished what she wished & might halt her assaults thus giving D the much needed respite. Once he sorts through all this mind numbing emotions he'll finally would have discovered his real Nakusha & himself. And my flawed prince would go in hot pursuit to win back his lady love.

The rational side in all of us should advocate a separation for the torn couple as it would compel Dutta to re-evaluate his emotions and Nakusha's importance in his life. The one thing that we have to keep in mind is that Dutta has not stayed away from Nakusha in the literal and metaphorical sense ever since the day he rescued her from the clutches of Morey. He does realise that Nakusha has this overpowering hold on him and his emotions but has not measured the degree to which she has permeated all aspects of his life. For someone who will not even choose what he wears without his wife's seal of approval, for someone whose first concern is Nakusha (even before AS) during the poisoned sweets scene just befpre the 2^nd wedding, I find it almost impossible for Dutta to let her go anywhere.

More importantly, Dutta is possessive about Nakusha. He does not show it but his insistence to keep her in his house, in his room under the cloak of a false sense of gratitude (a fact that he admits deep down) says it all. As for Nakusha, her whole being revolves around Dutta. I had in a post earlier made a parallel between her and all those women coming from modest if not poor backgrounds to stick with their husband through thick and thin out of love and gratitude (a trait that may be totally foreign to liberated and working women in bigger towns/cities but not necessary). Moreover, Nakusha has a constant role model in Babi who stuck with Ganpath, however bad and demoralising this has been for the general well-being of their family. Her roots (socio-economic and moral) will just not allow her to get out of PN at any point. And last but not in any sense the least, Nakusha has Dutta's safety to think of especially after Kala's revelations to her about her evil designs. If not for all the reasons states above, Nakusha will not and should not leave Dutta at any cost.

Thanks for making this post Ksh! Even I don't think that Naku will ever leave Dutta willingly....particularly when she is aware of Kala's real intentions! But, is there any possibility of Dutta himself asking her to leave...like he had after the mandir-incident(with different motivations)? And, wouldn't it be too big a blow for Naku if Dutta accuses her of being an infidel? I'm confused...and scared!
