It was a heart-warming ceremony...I loved how Aayi Saheb and Babi were crying (I know they do that all the time, but this time it was out of happiness, na 😆)...it depicted a mother's emotions at such a time so wonderfully. I loved the way Baaji stopped suddenly from all the work he was doing, the way he smiled so
beautifully, the way he swallowed the lump in his throat at seeing his friend so happy. I loved the way Nakku was crying, the way her eyes were shining, the way she looked up at Dutta, with unfulfilled hope, happiness, apprehension...MV did so well in today's episode, it seemed she couldn't have portrayed a bride's feelings any better. And when Nakku turned to her mother after Dutta tied the mangalsutra...sharing that moment of 'victory' and happiness with her companion in all of life's battles...it couldn't have been more beautiful.
I have a few questions about the customs if anyone knows...first, the bride's parents washing groom's feet and then Kishore/Kala sitting with Dutta in the mandap and putting that vessel to their heads? Would really appreciate it if someone could explain those! 😊
