I mentioned this in another post but isn't it strange how AS is so happy celebrating Diwali. Not even once did she show any sadness regarding loosing her suhaag on Diwali day. In yesterday's episode while selecting clothes for Dutta she expresses her happiness oh Diwali is coming up and Dutta's wedding. Did she forget that it was on Diwali day that she became a widow. Now how in the world is she so happy when Diwali should remind her of her grief. šŸ˜†

I think the phase post-1st July kind of spoiled us! But, if you remember the Sups-Mawali days and Kala scheming etc., things used to be worse actually!

Yeah...actually these days are better than Sups-Mawali. I guess best phase in LTL was JMM, Jags and then Anna phase. Hope things improve with FR. Actually the show is moving at the right pace now.
Btw they did show SP's shradh few days back. So maybe the anniversary doesnt fall exactly on diwali every year.

Totally agree!!
BTW Shreya, Shraadh are standard days and irrespective of when ur ancestors died, u do shraadh in those days!!!...My GrandPa died in Feb but the shraadh is always during the time they mentioned in LTL!!

no ksh...shradh is a different thing...every year there are 15 days where anyone who has died on a particular tithi for example if he has died on duj din (eiither krishnapaksh or shukla paksha) then his shradhh will be done on the duj of the shradh days.....
the diwali day will be SP's barsi and AS and the so called avenging daughter the great kala who is thirsting for the blood of the people who are responsible for her father's death have forgotten....i know she has to move on...but celebrating on that day is too much....i guess one another blopper....cvs forgot....šŸ˜†

Nothing new in the creatives forgetting they always do and they have not qualms about it... 😔 The one thing they could have showed that AS is mourning in private, she has moved on for the sake of her children and loved ones as time is a great healer but in private she is shedding tears for the man who is the father of her children....
Like we have audits in office I also think there should be an auditor employed by these Production Houses just to take care of the slips and bloopers, the creative dept should not take us, that is the viewers as people with short memory....😔

@DD, msthula: Thanks for clarifying. I guess the diwali thing is a blooper. Btw even diwali doesnt fall on the exact same date every year isnt it? I am not too aware of the Hindu calender.
