The CVs have ALWAYS managed to surprise us when we least expect it.
I don't think they would make the FR so predictable.
Even if Kala finds out about Naku I don't think she'll be the one left to reveal it.

Someone tell me. The JMM Track. THAT was a surprise and a pretty damned good one seeing as how it came after Dutta letting Naku go which was also a surprise but a horrible one!
