The TRPs were great during the romance when those two came back from Anna's den....that was the time when we were treated to some good romantic TAsha scenes...now logically the track cannot move forward unless FR because Naku seems too guilt ridden to reciprocate those romantic overtures by Dutta...
In addition now that the father track has started...we dont even get to see these two together let alone Tasha scenes.. earlier Dutta used to confide in NAku now he doesnt...and Naku does not hover around him because of her own guilt...so in effect in one corner we have Naku and Babi making their own khichdi and on the other we have Dutta all fuming! Rooji track is okay but not what Tasha was....Seriously I hate those Naku Babi scenes and I am sure a lot of other people feel that....
So what do we have here? Plots and subplots and subplots! PlusA pure character like Naku has become so hypocritical! Baji is on the verge of going mad and Dutta is just fuming

I am not understanding this story......I guess CVs are confused and they are confusing their viewers too

Sara- Mwah on ur comment for yeh rishta.. sorry, no offence to any of its loyal viewers, but I find the it unpalatable. When I watched a couple of episodes just after akshara's shaadi and he MIL's insecure behaviour read, rolling her big eyes, I was just appalled that how can they show/perpetuate such a show. It was way beyond my understandin :-(

Anyway, coming back to LTL.. I am not surprised. Is the current week included? I think this is for last week, hai na? I hope so, as last week we all found it slow, yet we will watch it as we love the show, but the rest of my family were not engrossed like usual. Even yesterday's episode could easily have been trimmed off excessive babi-nakku crying scenes.. the normal aam junta psychology was well depicted by my hubby last night. He hates any Hindi tv serials, but started watching LTL just for me. And trust me he started enjoying it though he wont admit it. I know cos I record the episodes and when he has ben away, he used to come back and watch them ;-)

But yesterday when he saw nakku crying with AS, he was quietly watching, but by the time the same happened with nakku-babi, he lost his patience and walked off saying all they show is this crying business. Pls don't think I am against this track, BUT I feel general public get fed up soon if there is not much movement in the story. I think the channel/cv's should take a call on whether they should be true to admit whether they want to retain the essence of the story or run behind TRP's. the thing is at the moment they are trying to do both. And they did that successfully too as we all know.. I am sure the show will bounce back, esp tonight's episode.

But I totally agree with all here who have said that whatever be the track, there was no reason why they could not include Tasha meaningful getting to know each other bonding scenes.. and I do not mean eyelocks and hand holding, but something more mature!

Hi chinu.. don't worry.. I am sure next week we will have nakku supporting an emotionally wrought Dutta as he wont accept his dad so easily. So I am sure there will be very meaningful scenes between Tasha from Mon.

I agree with Sara that I am all for FR not happening now as theyhave showed Dutta is very much attracted to Nakku and loves her, but their relationship has never gone beyond this exploration zone.. and the next phase when nakku will be side by side with dutta will be a treat to watch. And pls trust me on this that masses DON'T like too much romance, esp as the whole family sits to watch a show and when they show the X rated scenes like on some channels, they tend to change the channel. But anyone will fall for meaningful and bonding wala romance as that will explore a diff facet of their relationship and the story will also move forward. Do u not remember how there were some people on our form who started saying there was too much eyelock or staring sessions between Tasha and they did not feel it suited dutta?! So if a few hardcode LTL fans can feel this way, I am fairly certain, the amm junta will also feel the same! And I truly feel that everything is good in right doses, be it khtaa, meetha, teekha etc etc ;-)

But what I agree with you Chinu wholeheartedly is that babi-nakku scenes are getting on my nerves now.. I can sort of tune out as soon as babi starts her glycerine scene as I just don't relate to it from my heart!

So chin up guys, next week will be rocking and surely the trp's this week will be better :-)

I too agree sara that we need tasha scenes now.. desperate times call for desperate measures..we can understand Dutta's state of mind and how he is worried about this unknown guy and so romance is the last thing on his mind..But they can at least make an effort of showing nakku at least standing near the door and peeking into his room and then a normal conversation where she boosts his confidence.. no need for any romance at all, but just how a normal hubby-wife would interact..But I just realised that if you look at actual timeline, straight after jaagran, Dutta flipped, Baaji got told off and dutta has been busy.. also nakku has been busy folloing AS and getting her story followed by babi overhearing and the babi-nakku scenes..so she also did not get much of a chance. But last night instead of standing near the window and moaning why such people come in her sab's life, she could have walked up those stairs to at least see how he is doing.. she knows thoda toh shaanth ho gaya hain as he has forgiven baaji and seemed a bit more calm.. so u cant tell she was allowing him to cool off either!

And spnt even make me open my mouth about babi.. she is one person who keeps changing the goalpost all the time.. pehle she used to say when I come to know of someone who will love u truly, then I myself will take off the soot and kya kiya when dutta proposed.. tenga! And now she wants nakku to convince dutta to accept his dad and she will allow nakku to reveal herself.. I kept on putting up with babi thinking aakhir maa hain, she cant take the thought of what will happen to nakku if dutta flips after FR.. but now I just cant connect to her at all after last night!

Well said! In dragging period i was fine with having no tasha scene .. as i want meaningful Tasha scenes.. not some random scenes like we had in sups- mawali drag fest.. But now! Dragging session is OVER! and Tasha is the need of the hour!!!
