yes there are other skeletons in cupboard.. but when they come hopefully dutta will have nakku's support then and also her love.. so both of them will face it together...

@Shreya..had the same fears as urs!!😕 Gosh.i was watching the re-run of the episode n was listening to the trio conversation..n kala said smthing like 'abt dutta's shd be akela and said " tab main usse pyar se gale lagooungi..aur uska dil hamesha ke liye jeet loongi???? WTH.😡....is her intention...now i m seriously having doubts over kala😲..she sounds psychotic to me....pls isko koi PN se bhagao jaldi se....😡

I don't think so. Technically there was no rejection. But Kala turning against Dutta and this mystery man who sent AS gift, definitely hints towards the immense pain Dutta might get by knowing something about his family.

yeh i was thinking the sme too tht he is obv going thru a lot of pain atm n naku is to be blamed bt nt entirely as this whole thought of her not being the perfect match for dutta was poisoned into her mind by kala

It can also mean a separation of some sort between Tasha, caused by his enemies! But in my opinion the 'DKA' prediction was a red herring (along with numerous references to how Dutta hates beauty) forcing the viewers to believe that the face-revelation thing will bring about some major upheaval! Can't say for sure!

I agree with Roopa that the 'DKA' should be this as this pain he is experiencing now is unparalleled to the last two rejections in love as he is so sure that Naku loves him, her inability to say otherwise reassured him. Hence, his pain is growing because he sees no good reason why she is choosing to leave him. The other times he had a reason.

Rosa makes a valid point that the prediction could just be a red-herring too. Another way to increase the suspense surrounding the reveal.
