I agree with Soap Lover.. Even I thought that Kala wants Dutta to remain alone so that she could enjoy his wealth.. But now it seems there is some other reason for which Kala holds Dutta responsible that is why she hates Dutta and she is doing this out of hatred.. But is not able to show her hatred in front of Leela and Roops may be b'cos they are born to AS and Dutta's father.. But still they are not blood sisters of Dutta b'cos Dutta is not born to AS ... and all these days Kala had this thing to her advantage all the sisters born out of one mother ..but Dutta being born to another mother.. Definitely Something Something is up with the Red Queen Kala.
Leels and Roops do have strong feelings for their brother but I think it has been suppressed due to Kala. But I guess because they do genuinely feel for him that it has come out.

I don't think that Leela or Roops are Dutta's real sister. But definitely they are brain-washed by Kala. But today after looking at Dutta for the first time they realised that they were not happy to see him sad, heart-broken. But Kala's attitude and the thing she tried to say to AS hints that there is some hidden past which possibly Leela and Roops are not aware of. Also, the mystery person who sends AS gifts will be happy to have Kala, because as per the promo Dutta is gonna blast Kala and she will be pissed off with him.
